| Indovax Private Limited, a leading poultry biotechnology company and Gezondheidsdienst voor Dieren B.V, (GD) a Dutch entity and one of the world's largest veterinary diagnostic laboratories have entered into a joint venture agreement to establish in India a company, Immunetic Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., a biotechnology project to produce SPF Embryonated eggs and Diagnostic reagents for customers in India and worldwide. |
